The CareRooms.com team wanted to reassure you with the steps we’re taking to support our communities and manage our processes throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
How Have We Responded?
CareRooms has partnered with high-quality partners across the UK to adapt our service to suit the needs of our communities when it’s needed most. We have secured rooms across the country that we are rapidly turning into safe, comfortable and where appropriate, isolated, spaces where people can recover safely.
We’ve implemented robust policies alongside advanced training programmes, approved by experts and clinicians, to ensure everyone is kept as safe as possible.
Our entire team has been diverted from all other projects to ensure we are as prepared to help as possible. Working remotely across the UK to build additional capacity to support hospitals, patients and members of our communities, our team have worked tirelessly to provide the additional capacity required to support the health service and our communities.
COVID-19 Policy and Blog
With the ever changing world we now share with Covid-19, CareRooms has adapted to meet the need for safe 1:1 care for those who are vulnerable to infection or who simply need some support.
We’ve implemented robust policies alongside advanced training programmes, that have been approved by experts and clinicians to ensure everyone is kept as safe as possible. Our safeguarding team has been focused on ensuring that we are as possible prepared to help.
We’ve been working across the UK to build additional capacity to support health and social care teams, patients and members of our communities. Our team has secured hundreds of additional beds supporting those who able to return home, but need some extra help.
COVID Procedures
All government guidance is reviewed daily to ensure compliance with national and local policy. In addition, in order for us to plan for optimal safety in this dynamic world, we treat each new Guest as if they were COVID positive. This means that everyone is as safe as possible and can recover well.
We ensure every room is supplied with the highest quality PPE with Hosts supported by digital and manual logs to ensure standards are met. As always, we use the latest technology to monitor vital signs 24/7 to pick up any sign of an increased temperature, heart rate or a reduction in blood oxygen levels.
In addition to this, all Hosts are completing additional COVID awareness training and all social distancing measures shall be adhered to.
