When you’re a Guest in a CareRoom, you’re never alone. Our CareRooms Hosts are there to provide support and we have a number of market-leading telehealth devices to keep you safe and feeling secure.
Our teams can remote monitor your vital signs and at the touch of a button you can speak to our telecare team for advice or reassurance, 24 hours a day.
There’s also access to a video GP service on the tablet provided in the room, meaning CareRooms’ Guests can speak with a medical professional quickly, should they need to.
CareRooms.com has worked closely with the CQC, CECOPS and SCIE to ensure our equipment and processes are safe, secure and supportive of both our Guests and our Hosts.
